“Welcome. You're here — that's already something.

Maybe it's the inner critic that won't quiet down, a loss that's changed how the world feels, a relationship that keeps hitting the same wall, or something you're still trying to find words for. You don't need to be in crisis to be here — tired, stuck, or quietly searching is enough.

You didn't have to earn the right to support. You just have to be here — and you are.

I'd be honored to help you set some of this down.”

A Little About Me…

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Art Therapy Specialty Recognition (LPC-AT), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) with a Master of Arts in Art Therapy.

As a grateful descendant of the Chickasaw Nation, I bring a multicultural lens and deep reverence for the wisdom carried through lineage, storytelling, and creative expression.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years as an educator - but art therapy was the original calling. Life just asked me to be patient. That time in the classroom reinforced how deeply our stories shape the way we move through the world, how much we all need to feel truly seen by others, and how much potential we have to become our fullest selves.

Outside the therapy room, I'm a proud mom to two daughters who inspire me daily and are my whole world. I also share my home with a dog and one cat who keep life real and grounded. I find joy and meaning in my own creative endeavors, being in nature, live music, a bottomless cup of coffee and road trips to new destinations.

My Approach

The path to healing isn't something anyone hands you finished - it is found step by step, and you hold the direction. My role is to walk beside you as a fellow human being, offering a specialized set of clinical and creative tools to clear away what blocks your path, so you can discover your own answers while I remain steady enough to say, "hold on, let's focus here right now."

To support you as you navigate your past, ground yourself in the present, and step intentionally into your future, my approach is warm, direct, and deeply human. I want to meet you where you are, respect you as your authentic self, honor where you’ve been and hold space for where you are going.

I believe healing happens in the mind, the body, the creative process, and the soul – through holistic pathways that work together.

I work with teens, adults, and partners who are:

  • Carrying trauma they're ready to face

  • Grieving a loss that changed everything

  • Caught in anxiety or depression

  • Silencing a harsh inner critic

  • Rebuilding life after addiction

  • Navigating a major life transition

  • Working to communicate differently with the people they love

  • Simply not feeling like themselves anymore
